Self-taught indie game developer. Former engineer and programmer.
My love for videogames began at a very early age. I remember the first game I played was Super Mario Bros Deluxe for the GBC and I had a great time with it. I played with my friends and family and I have especially fond memories of the Zelda and Pokémon games. When I was very young (12 years old), I started messing around with code for the first time and I created a fan website for the Zelda series. After that, I tried to play with GameMaker and made some games that are unfortunately long lost. After that
After school, when I started college, I focused on what was perceived as more "serious" things and I studied engineering for 5 years. I ultimately felt unmotivated and had no real plans to seek any job in that field. I started to take an interest again in coding after all this time and started working for an IT company 4 years ago. This experience reinforced my need to work with computers and code and soon I began to mess around with Unity. For the last years I've been learning C# and Unity and at the end of 2019 I decided to quit my job and use my savings to pursue the career that was always there: game development.Elementallis
Elementallis is my first attempt at a commercial game. I want to capture the memories of my favourite games and hopefully start a career with it.
